Do you offer Free Consultations?
If you retain our services, the initial consultation is free. If you don’t end up retaining our services to process your case/application, a consultation fee of $ 99 will apply. The consultation is usually up to a half hour and you would be required to pay the fee upfront. If you end up hiring our services, the consultation fee is credited back to you.

How long will it take to process my application?
It depends on the type of application that you are submitting. Generally speaking, visit visa applications will receive a decision from CIC within 1 – 3 weeks, study visa applications will take about 3 – 5 weeks to receive a decision, family sponsorship can take up to 12 months and Express Entry will take about 6 months from when you are invited to apply for Permanent Residence (PR).
If I hire you to process my application, what can I expect?
If you retain our services to handle your case/application, we will process the complete case from beginning to end. If I am currently out of status, can I still apply to gain status in Canada?

For example, if it has been less than 90 days since you lost your status in Canada, you may apply to restore your conditions in Canada, as a worker, student or visitor. Also, if you are being sponsored by your spouse or partner in Canada, you may be eligible to re-gain status without having to leave Canada.
